Possible problems when ordering
a game from us :
1. When I dial your
number to order a game I can't get through?
2. I've ordered
my game but I still haven't received it yet?
3. I've received
a WAP bookmark/ SMS message to download my game but I'm having
problems downloading it?
1. When
I dial your number to order a game I can't get through?
We always recommend that you use a landline phone to order
our games. Some landlines may be restricted from dialing
premium rate numbers, in which case you'd need to find
a phone without these restrictions.
2. I've
ordered my game but I still haven't received it yet?
When you order a game the first thing we do is send a WAP
bookmark/SMS text message to your phone allowing u to download
the game. This message can be delayed if our network is busy.
If you don't receive this text message within 24 hours then
click here
and fill out our support form. Alternatively u can call our
support line on +44 (0) 870 046 8279. In all cases we will
deal with your request promptly.
3. I've
received a WAP bookmark/SMS message to download my game but
I'm having problems downloading it?
If you're experiencing difficulties downloading your game
then try the following :-
1. Switch your phone off for several
seconds, go to the 'service inbox' on your phone and try
to download the game again. Don't forget that it takes
several minutes to download a java game so don't disconnect/switch
off your phone during this time.
2. Check how much free memory is
available on your phone. If you are able to see the description
of the game on your phone, it should say how much memory
it requires, and if your phone's free memory is less than
this, you will need to delete some other games to make
room. Check your phone's manual for details on this limitation
and what sort of things you can safely delete.
3. If you are still unable to download the game, it may be
because your phone operator's WAP Gateway is not able to let
you download it. We therefore suggest you call your 'network'
to discuss this with them.
